These terms apply to the use of this website and to experiences and memberships booked with AURA.
AURA — Beauty Energy. Registered business name, address and any applicable registration number [legal entity, registered address, registration number].
A booking is confirmed once we have agreed a time with you. Prices are those quoted at the time of booking. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to move or cancel an appointment at no charge; inside 24 hours we ask for 50% of the booked service, and a missed appointment without notice is charged in full.
Memberships run month to month with no minimum term. You may pause for up to two months in any twelve and cancel with 30 days' notice. An unused monthly ritual carries into the following month but does not accumulate beyond that. Membership benefits are personal to you and cannot be transferred.
Gift cards may be put towards any ritual or membership, are valid for twelve months from purchase, and may be passed to someone else. They cannot be exchanged for cash.
Our experiences are wellness and beauty services. They are not medical or psychological treatment, they are not a substitute for professional healthcare, and nothing we offer is intended to diagnose or treat any condition. Please tell us before your appointment about any allergies, skin conditions, medication, pregnancy or health concerns so we can adapt safely or advise you to speak to your doctor first. We may decline or modify a treatment where we judge it unsuitable.
Our experiences are for guests aged 18 and over. Guests aged 16 and 17 are welcome with a parent or guardian present.
The content, branding and imagery on this site belong to AURA and may not be reproduced without permission. We aim to keep the site accurate and available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error free.
Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that, our liability in connection with a booking is limited to the amount paid for it. Jurisdiction-specific limitation wording [for legal review].
