Before your first visit

Every experience starts with a short conversation about what you need that day. Nothing is decided before you arrive, so come without a plan if you would rather.

Beauty rituals focus on how you look, energy rituals on how you feel. If you are unsure, tell us how you want to feel afterwards and we will suggest the right one. The Signature combines both.

For shorter rituals, a few days is usually enough. The Signature books further out, so allow one to two weeks where you can. Last-minute openings do happen when someone reschedules, so it is always worth asking.

Let us know at least 24 hours before and you can move or cancel your appointment at no charge. Inside 24 hours we ask for 50% of the booked service, and a missed appointment without notice is charged in full. Life happens, so talk to us if something unavoidable comes up.

Memberships run month to month with no minimum term. You can pause for up to two months in any twelve, and cancel with 30 days notice. An unused monthly ritual carries into the following month, but does not stack beyond that.

Yes. Gift cards can be put towards any ritual or membership, are valid for twelve months from purchase, and can be passed on to someone else. They cannot be exchanged for cash.

Our experiences are designed for guests aged 18 and over. Guests aged 16 and 17 are welcome with a parent or guardian present.
